At ZeroPulse, we strive to ensure that all orders are shipped securely and arrive promptly. Please review our detailed shipping policy below to understand our processes and expectations regarding delivery.

  1. Shipment Processing Time
    We aim to process and dispatch orders the next business day following payment confirmation. Orders are prepared and shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. While we prioritize timely shipment, unforeseen factors may occasionally lead to slight delays, for which we will notify you promptly.

  2. Shipment Locations
    We proudly offer worldwide shipping to serve our global customer base. Due to international shipping regulations for lithium batteries, international shipments containing mobile devices will be dispatched in batches of two devices per shipment. This ensures compliance with carrier guidelines and supports a safe, secure delivery experience.

  3. Estimated Delivery Times
    All shipments originate from Queensland, Australia. For orders within Australia, we offer Express Post with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination. International shipping times vary by country and shipping method. Please note that international delivery times are influenced by customs processing and may extend beyond the carrier’s control.

  4. Shipping Rates
    We offer a competitive flat shipping rate of $25 AUD per order, applicable to both domestic and international destinations. This flat rate applies regardless of the number of devices per order, allowing you to know shipping costs upfront.

  5. Tracking Options
    To provide full transparency and peace of mind, tracking details will be provided via email once your order is dispatched, provided an email address is included with your order. You may track your package directly through Australia Post’s website, allowing for real-time updates on your order’s progress. Note that by default we will send with no signature on delivery.

  6. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
    International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes as determined by your country’s regulations. All applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer. We advise checking with your local customs office for any charges that may apply before placing your order, as we cannot predict or cover these costs on behalf of our customers.

  7. Missing or Lost Packages
    We ship all orders directly to physical addresses or official post office locations. We do not deliver to unattended drop-off boxes. In the event of a lost or missing package, we rely on Australia Post’s tracking information as the authoritative record of delivery. If a package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located, any inquiries or claims must be addressed directly with Australia Post, as they handle investigations and claims related to lost parcels.
